
Donna Esper Maher is a business and marketing leader with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations to strengthen strategy, optimize operations, and drive sustainable results.
Her career spans leadership roles in aerospace and defense, IT services, and commercial startups, where she has delivered measurable impact across strategy, marketing, operations, and large-scale program management. At Rockwell Collins and Collins Aerospace, Donna held marketing leadership roles supporting global portfolios in network connectivity, passenger processing, and airport operations. A trusted advisor to senior leaders, she led key activities including the Commercial Aviation organization's annual strategic planning process and launched the first Airports Customer Advisory Board.
Previously at ARINC, Donna held roles in portfolio management and service delivery and co-founded ARINC Managed Services. She helped scale the business to $26 million in annual revenue across more than 25 international locations and later led the strategic planning, marketing, and business development functions. Earlier in her career at Verizon, Donna was a program manager for a $1B Department of Defense Voice and Data Services contract, driving more than $15M in annual revenue growth through strategic product additions and operational efficiencies.

She holds a BS in Economics from Saint Vincent College and an MBA, magna cum laude, from The George Washington University.
