Jeanne Ruane Moore

Jeanne Ruane Moore is a strategic communications executive and consultant with more than 30 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and crisis.

Her expertise spans the full spectrum of marketing and communications, both internal and external. She specializes in crisis management, mergers and acquisitions, media and investor relations, CEO positioning, and employer brand marketing. Jeanne is known for translating complex strategies into clear, actionable narratives that drive engagement and measurable impact.

Jeanne’s career includes senior leadership roles in healthcare and finance. At T. Rowe Price, Jeanne led global corporate communications, shaping firmwide strategy and guiding messaging for nearly 8,000 associates across sixteen countries. She oversaw communications for major acquisitions, built the firm’s social issues framework, and partnered with the T. Rowe Price Foundation to amplify its community impact. Jeanne collaborated closely with Investor Relations and advised senior leadership on stakeholder, crisis, and executive communications.

During her two decades with Genesis HealthCare, Jeanne served as a key strategic communications leader and primary spokesperson. In this capacity, she directed enterprise communications for nearly 90,000 employees and led media relations and crisis response across 500 service sites.

At CrossWater, Jeanne brings senior-level perspective, strategic insight, and a highly collaborative approach to every engagement.  She holds a BA in English from Dickinson College, an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland, and is a member of the Arthur W.
